Concept
A vertical village where shared rituals are as carefully designed as private rooms.
Commun Life breaks the anonymous apartment block into a family of intimate volumes. Units are clustered around small gardens, each with its own character — edible, contemplative, social.
Generous shared programs — kitchens, libraries, workshops, a bathhouse — are woven vertically through the scheme, turning circulation into the most social space in the building.
Stepped terraces and deep loggias negotiate privacy with openness, so that daily life is always aware of the neighbourhood without being exposed to it.
